Our Kalamon olives are hand harvested as they ripen by the Grecian farmers in picturesque olive groves in order to avoid damage to their delicate skins.
These delicious deep purple olives go especially well paired with Mediterranean dishes using feta cheese or serve simply sprinkled over roasted vegetables.
